Need to supply an umpire. Format: 7-a-side, half-pitch matches. 2 x 25-minutes halves. Maximum squad size of 10 players (7 on pitch, 3 subs). Each team to provide their own umpire (does not have to be qualified). Mixed teams must have at least 3 females on the pitch at any one time, not including the Keeper.
