The air was buzzing, the sun was shining, and the hockey sticks were a blur! On Monday, July 14th, Bradford Hockey Club proudly hosted the 2025 BDAT Inter-Primary Hockey Tournament right here on our home turf at Bradford Girls Grammar School.

Over 40 passionate young players from the Bradford Diocese Academy Trust primary schools battled it out in an electrifying 7-a-side tournament. With glorious weather, spectacular hockey skills on display, and parents' cheers echoing across the pitch, it was an unforgettable day for everyone involved!

And talk about a nail-biter! This was an incredibly tight competition. Six fierce teams, 25 goals scored, and a mere two points separating first and second place. Plus, second and third were tied on points, only to be decided by goal difference – that's how close it was!
