1. Approve the minutes of the previous year's AGM.
2. Receive reports elected officers to summarise the previous year and highlight any
3. impending changes for the coming year.
4. Receive a report from the Treasurer and approve the Annual Accounts.
5. Receive a report from those responsible for certifying the Club's accounts.
6. Elect the officers on the committee.
7. Agree the membership fees for the 2025/26 Year.
8. Consider any proposed changes to the Constitution.
9. Deal with other relevant business.

Nominations for officers of the committee will be sent to the secretary prior to the AGM and shown here.

Please send any proposed changes to the constitution shall be sent to the secretary (Bev) prior to the AGM, who shall circulate them at least 7 days before an AGM.

All members have the right to vote and your attendance at the AGM is greatly appreciated.
Our quorum for AGMs is 15.
